For the Side deck, there are a lot of thing you can put with it:

Dimensional Fortress Weapon (great against Chaos Dragons and Lightsworns and any deck that mills)

Jinzo and Psychic Shockwave best for heavy backrowed decks that you just don't have enough destruction for.

May also use Blowback Dragon with Psychic Shockwave

A Karakuri Watchdog with a lvl 8 Shogun for better Chances of getting out Tachyon when needed and extra draw power

Koa'ki Meiru Powerhand which is a 2100 beater with a built in Gravity Blaster for Light and Dark Monsters

Wind-up Zenmaister for recycling your Geargiarmor that had been used with Karakuri Strategist

Those are all the machine related side deck cards I can think of. You can put normal side deck cards at all cost feel free to do so.
